A: One year from (and including) your date of purchase.
Q: What if my class expires before I start or finish it?
A: You can repurchase the class to pick up your progress where you left off. ISM does not grant complimentary extensions, no exceptions.
Q: What if I've forgotten my username or password?
A: You can have them emailed to you — click on this "Forgot
your username/password?" link. Make sure you enter the email address used when you
ordered.
Q: I've completed my SCA/MindEdge/ADR class, but my score is not showing on my Transcipt.
A: Sometimes, network issues interfere with score transmission. You may need to log out, log
back in and resume the course. You may need to retake the assessment to trigger your score
being sent to ISM.
