Supply Chains in Asia: On the Verge of Spectacular Change #WSC106, Member: $79 Non-Member: $119 (1 CEH) This presentation describes why supply chain management is critical to the creation of shareholder value and why it is increasingly on the agenda of global Chief Executive Officers. It provides an overview of the supply chain challenges in Asia. Using China as a case study, it details some of the issues and constraints for effectively managing supply chains in this country. Following a summary of the overall implications for supply chain management in Asia, the course then provides a seven-step approach for organizations to think about improving the performance of their own supply chains.
