Before you can purchase a course from the Knowledge Center you need to have an ISM User Name and Password. Review the description for both First Time Users or Returning Users, and click on the appropriate user.


A First Time User means:

  • You have never been an ISM member
  • You have never taken an ISM online course
  • You have never registered in the Knowledge Center
  • You have never purchased any ISM product or seminar

Note: By clicking here you will be taken to the Customer Profile page to create a user name and password. Once you create a User Name and Password you can purchase a course.

A Returning User means:

  • You are either a current or past member of ISM
  • You have an ISM User Account
  • You have registered yourself in the Knowledge Center
  • You have taken an online course (free or purchased) from the Knowledge Center
  • You have purchased an ISM product, seminar, or attended a conference

Note: By clicking here you will be taken to the Knowledge Center Shopping Cart where you’ll be required to enter your User Name and Password.
